How to request a new course or changes to a Canvas course enrolment

Any new Canvas courses or changes to the existing enrolment of students into a Canvas course must be submitted by downloading and completing this form.

What you need to do:

  1. Complete this form: Enter your name, course name, academic term and other relevant information.
  2. Be sure to specify if this is a NEW course, or a change to the students who will be enrolled in an EXISTING course.
  3. Tick the box beside all the student cohorts you wish to be enrolled on your course.
  4. Email completed form to LTHelp@gsa.ac.uk.

Learning Technology will contact you when your Canvas course is ready.
