Accessing GSA Webmail

This User Guide will help GSA students and staff to access their email via a web browser. You should be able to access your email in this way from any internet-enabled device (computer, smartphone, tablet etc).


STEP 1

In any web browser, navigate to mail.office365.com.


STEP 2

You will be taken to the Office365 Sign In page.

Students should enter their full GSA email address in the format:
a.surname1@student.gsa.ac.uk

Staff email addresses are in the format:
a.surname@gsa.ac.uk

Press Enter, or Tab, or click on the Password field. You will be automatically redirected to a GSA sign-in page.


STEP 3

When prompted, enter your GSA login details.

Enter your normal student username in the format: a.surname1
Staff usernames are in the format: a.surname

Enter your normal GSA password.

Click Log In.

You should now have access to your email.


TROUBLESHOOTING

Certain versions of certain web browsers – in particular Chrome –  may not allow access to your email. If you are having difficulties, try updating your browser or using another browser.
