Glasgow School of Art Library are running Learning Technology Tea Breaks on a Thursday and Fridaythrough Semester 1 in the Library. They are short classes that focus on a specific topic each week. They happen on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm and a Friday afternoon at 3.30pm. All classes take place in the Quiet Study Space, upstairs in the Library.

17th/18th October – Using Microsoft Word for dissertations
24th/25th October – Referencing
31st/1st Oct/Nov – Library Essentials for PHD and Post Grad students
7th/8th November – Scanning
14th/15th November – Editing Images in Photoshop
28th/29th November – Creating a Photozine using InDesign
5th/6th December – Webtastic, a look at portfolio websites
12th/13th December – Repeat Patterns in Adobe Illustrator

The Library Twilight Sessions explore the variety of different software that is available to use within the Glasgow School of Art, including Photoshop, AfterEffects, Illustrator and Inspiration. Come along to find out what the software is capable of and how you can use it in your creative practice.
